What an incredible honor!!
Induction Talk with Best Selling Author Henci Goer and Anne Wallen, Director of MaternityWise
Induction isn’t always the right choice, but thankfully we have that option because at times, induction is thing that protects the life and health of the mother and/or baby.
Hanci Goer is an amazing, brilliant woman who teaches and authors valuable books about birth. Watch this recording and get to know her. I promise you'll fall in love along with me, as I can't help but fan-girl a little during this special interview.
Some things I was able to ask Henci included:
Do you have a set of criteria that you would say is the “right time” to do an induction?
What aspects or characteristics of mother/baby would make an induction more or less successful?
Why are American providers so quick to induce / attempt to control a natural and involuntary bodily function?
