Hey everyone, I'm Anne Wallen, and I am the Director of MaternityWise.
And I wanted to get on and record a real quick message for everyone today. I just got out of a little session called Hey Sis.
And it is a community connection event that PRC, the Perinatal Resource Collaborative, puts on. It's open to anyone. It's not just members, it's open to anyone, so I would encourage you to go.
But the reason why I wanted to bring this up, and the reason why I wanted to record a little, quick hello to you, is because It kind of, it kind of dawned on me, as I was listening to everyone kind of introduce themselves and talk about what they do.
And I realized there is this… kind of thread that…
Goes through the fabric of all perinatal healthcare providers, maternal caregivers, support people, and that is, is that we all believe in, just the ability to give birth. We all have this, like, belief, this foundational, trust in not just the body, but also in women's ability to give birth, to nourish those little beings, and then nourish them when they're on the outside, and provide love and care and attachment for them once they're on the outside. And yes, sometimes we need a little help from each other, and that network, that village, truly is important.
But I just loved the idea that, you know, we all believe, we all have this belief, we all this trust and this, like, inner knowing, you know? We wouldn't be doing the work we do if we didn't, right? And we wouldn't be able to support one another if we didn't...

And I hope that today, for you as well as for me, is productive, and fruitful, and full of peace and joy. Thank you so much. Have a great day.
Blessings to you all.
