We restructured our workshops and made them into Interactive skills practice workshops with 9 hours less lecture and fluff and now, 2 days of concise, interactive and hands on practice learning!! This will boost skill understanding, retention and confidence from the moment you begin :)
We used to pride ourselves on having a 240 page manual for labor doulas, but we also don’t want to be stuck in an old fashioned teaching format that doesn’t suit many learners today. When we set out on creating the hybrid, we had goals to make the programs better but we had no idea just how awesome they would become. Our programs have evolved into something so robust and comprehensive and smart and deeply life changing, that we cannot express in words how proud we feel to bring this to the world of birth.
This is gonna change the life of every student who enrolls and it’s going to save lives, as well as reduce trauma and abuse in the maternal care system and who knows what kind of positive ripple effect that will have on the world itself for future generations to come!!
