What a fun way to get your doula certification!

Attend our next doula training Fayetteville, NC! It will feel like a little vacation, as you train to become a Labor Doula, EpiDoula and Postpartum Doula, as well as a Lactation Support and Educator and make friendships that last a lifetime!

This is a very special workshop series, with the unique EpiDoula program INCLUDED. You receive a certificate showing you've officially completed your EpiDoula training at the end of the day.

Your amazing trainer, Dale Kaplan will share her decades of business savvy and diplomatic ways to deal with scenarios of all sorts. This training will also benefit from Dale's fabulous sense of humor and relaxing flow of learning a ton while still taking breaks to process and practice hands-on techniques.

You’ll learn several hula ka’o techniques to support your clients’ maternal fetal positioning which directs baby to descend into the pelvis in the optimal position for an easier, safer and faster hanau (birth). Traditional dance and swaying promote rotational movements and are great to keep any body (pregnant or not!) healthy and strong.

Each day will open and close with gratitude ceremony (gratitude exercises in a group setting) in our beautiful workshop location. Experience a little art therapy to open your heart and get your creative juices flowing while learning several trauma processing techniques to share with clients.

Detoxifying teas and healing oils will be shared. Your health and wholeness is part of our pursuit as you gain knowledge that will transform your own lifestyle - which will overflow into the lives of those you serve. Gentle, guided movements of stretching and warming, pelvic focused range of motion are also part of this transformative experience!

Delicious and healthy lunches will be available to nourish your body, and vegetarian options will be provided. Please let your host know if you have any food sensitivities. We always do our best to accommodate.

All this in a location that is something like heaven on earth.
