About the Event

We will be broadcasting our virtual Lactation Certification Training live for you!  We will have students and trainers participating remotely, online, and YOU can be part of this exciting event from the comfort of your home - no matter where you are!

This training will be broadcast live, as a real time learning experience with mentors and trainers available for virtual classroom interaction throughout the event. 

Participating in this Live, Online training is equal to the In-Person workshop required in the certification program.  Please continue to follow the requirements and guidelines in your Certification Packet to gain credentials.

Here's how it will work:

1) You will receive log in information to access the live, online workshop

- We recommend that you plan ahead to give yourself a quiet place with minimal interruptions for the entire weekend

- Try out the log in information before class begins, just in case you need help

2) We will begin broadcasting at 9am EST each day and take breaks throughout, for stretching, snacks, coffee refills, etc

- During short breaks, we will continue broadcasting and you may continue to interact with your fellow students and trainers

- During lunch (12pm-1pm EST), we will take an hour break from the broadcast and resume afterward

3) You will receive several emails beforehand with PDFs of all your manuals, certification packets, and any additional handouts - there will be quite a few!

- Please help us to create less waste, and use your paperwork digitally whenever possible

4) It will be similar to attending in-person

- You can ask questions and will get one-on-one answers and mentoring during and after the workshop weekend

- You will be able to interact with your fellow students during and after the training

- The in-person aspect isn't the same, but we work very hard to make sure the visuals definitely help you understand the material and this type of class is very successful when done in this format!

That means, you get the benefit of learning along with your peers without having to leave home!  If you miss any portion of the training over the weekend, you will still be able to access the recorded event.  However, the interactive aspects will only be available during the live event.  You will still be able to reach out to your peers, mentors and trainers to ask questions and get assistance, it just won't be in the live, online event format.

Remember, this is EASTERN TIME!

This enrollment is nonrefundable, but if you're worried you may miss a portion of the event, don't be!  It will be recorded and sent to you within 7 days after the conclusion of the workshop, so you can watch it on your own time, later.

The pricing is all-inclusive. This means it includes your Membership fees, Certification Packet fees, as well as the cost of the Workshops themselves, manual, extra materials like teaching kit, tools, gifts, etc.  This event is nonrefundable.  The only other fees you may encounter are if you need an extension.  You will also have a list of books to work through, purchased by you separtely in whatever form you prefer (e-book, audiobook, or paper).  Otherwise everything you need to get certified is included in this one workshop enrollment time fee.  Enrollment in this workshop gets you into  Lactation Support and Educator (CLSE) certification program.  There are a number of assignments to complete in order to gain your credentials.  This workshop is one of those assignments.  For the complete list of assignments for our credentialing programs, you can go here:  https://www.maternitywise.com/certification-programs

You can also utilize a payment plan. Just pay the DEPOSIT ticket below and someone will be in touch to assist you in setting up a weekly or bi-weekly plan to pay the remainder.

When you do the CLSE Training (meaning you attend all weekend) you will save a lot of time and money!
