Introducing...  a Whole, Healed, Rested YOU!

As caregivers, we are always giving, caring, and spending energy on everyone else.

What makes you a nurturer also makes you vulnerable.

It makes you great, but also makes you tired.

It makes you a world changer, but is also the weakest point in your own world.

Do you feel a deeper brokenness that you cannot explain?  When you give loving support in a stressful scenario,  YOU BREAK a little and out of you flows raw, real, genuine empathy and compassion.  Does this sound a little like your experiences working in the modern maternity care system?

Do you have anyone reciprocating that level of love back toward you?  It can be so disappointing when you give and don't receive enough back to keep going.  This is reality for so many caregiver, because not everyone is wired in the uniquely special and amazing way that you are.  The other people in your life have their own unique and amazing attributes, but nobody else will ever be able to completely fulfill your needs and make you "whole" - only you can do that for yourself.

No doubt that working in stressful caregiving situations can hurt you over time.  If you find that you're a strong "empath", you are not alone in your gifts!  Great news!  There are others who understand your deeper needs to be understood and validated.  We are right there with you.  And the pain that comes from being an empath is real.  We absorb what our patients and clients go through in a way that others cannot.

We were born to be healers,

but who will heal us?

Yoga by the Pool

Birthing in America and in many locations around the world, has become a traumatizing experience for patients, their family, providers and all who witness.  You are there as an advocate, a warrior, and a fixer when things fall apart.  When the stress winds down, do you take care of yourself?  Do you refuel?  Do you mend the broken pieces that cracked under the weight of carrying that family through?

It's time for you to take that step.  You cannot continue to pour out to others when you are holding an empty cup.

You know this is the truth.  You wouldn't still be reading, if this didn't reach into your heart and tug a few strings.

Please join us for this special event.  Come for the rest, the self-discovery and the personalized healing and leave with friends who will be a source of support for the rest of your life.  You need this - because the world needs you!
